5052-H32

PAINTED ALUMINUM

Not all aluminum panels are created equal. While many manufacturers rely on 3003 or other commodity alloys, we fabricate the majority of our systems using 5052 aluminum—a stronger, more resilient, and performance-driven material.
Painted Aluminum
ENGINEERED FOR STRENGTH
5052 offers significantly greater tensile and yield strength than 3003, allowing for more durable panels, better impact resistance, and superior performance in demanding exterior applications.
Superior Corrosion Resistance
Designed to withstand harsh environments, 5052 provides enhanced protection against oxidation, moisture, and atmospheric pollutants—delivering longer service life with less maintenance.
Marine-Grade Performance
Used as the industry standard in saltwater and coastal environments, 5052 is classified as “marine grade” aluminum. Its proven resilience makes it ideal for exterior façades and high-exposure conditions where others fall short.
5005-AQ

ANODIZED ALUMINUM

5005-AQ (Anodizing Quality) is engineered for uniform anodizing results. Unlike other aluminum alloys that can produce blotchy or inconsistent finishes, 5005 AQ delivers even color tone and surface clarity—critical for visible architectural applications.
Anodized Aluminum-1
Low Maintenance, Sustainable + Non-Toxic
The anodized layer resists staining and does not require repainting or refinishing. Cleaning is minimal, helping reduce lifecycle costs. Additionally, anodized aluminum is fully recyclable and free from VOCs, heavy metals, and hazardous coatings—supporting LEED, green building, and environmental compliance.
Superior Corrosion Resistance
5005 aluminum already offers strong resistance to atmospheric corrosion, and when anodized, it gains an even more durable protective layer that doesn’t peel or flake like paint or coatings.
Color Stability & UV Performance
Anodizing is integral to the metal, not a surface coating. It doesn’t chalk, fade, or delaminate under UV exposure—making it ideal for exterior use.

NEDZINK

Our zinc panels are sourced from NedZink, a trusted leader in zinc materials. Naturally self-healing, zinc offers exceptional durability with a timeless look that only gets better with age. We offer 1mm and 1.5mm zinc.
NedZink (3)
Self-Healing, Corrosion-Resistant Material
Zinc naturally forms a protective patina when exposed to the elements. This patina self-heals if scratched or cut, preventing corrosion without the need for applied coatings.
Exceptional Longevity
Zinc façades can last 50–100+ years, even in harsh climates. Its durability often exceeds other architectural metals over the building’s life cycle.
Sustainable & Fully Recyclable
Zinc has one of the lowest melting points of commonly used metals, requiring less energy to produce. It's also 100% recyclable, making it an environmentally responsible façade option.

WEATHERING STEEL

Weathering steel is designed to naturally rust, forming a protective patina that shields against further corrosion. This evolving finish not only enhances durability but also creates a warm, distinctive look that grows richer over time.
Weathering Steel (2)
Natural Corrosion Resistance
Weathering steel is engineered to form a protective oxide patina when exposed to the elements. This patina acts as a barrier, significantly slowing future corrosion—without the need for paint or coatings.
Cost-Effective Lifecycle
Although initial material costs can be comparable to other steel options, the absence of finishing and reduced maintenance deliver meaningful savings across the life of the building.
Structural Strength
Weathering steel retains the strength and rigidity of traditional steel, offering excellent performance for façade applications, soffits, accents, and architectural features.

STAINLESS STEEL

Available in finishes like brushed, polished, angel hair, and 2B, stainless steel delivers a premium look ranging from subtle satin to reflective modern surfaces. It pairs well with glass, stone, and other metals in contemporary design.
Stainless Steel (1)
Outstanding Corrosion Resistance
Stainless steel contains chromium, which forms a passive oxide layer that protects the material from rust, staining, and degradation—making it ideal for exterior environments, including coastal and urban applications.
Resistant to UV, Chemicals & Pollutants
Stainless steel performs well in aggressive atmospheres, including industrial zones and areas with harsh chemicals or salt exposure.
Exceptional Strength & Impact Resistance
stainless steel offers superior structural rigidity and resistance to dents, deformation, and panel distortion—ideal for high-traffic, high-impact locations.
